"We are thrilled with our Jack Trench kitchen and could not recommend Jack or his team more highly. Our house is unusual in layout and it required a bespoke approach and a keen eye for architectural and interior design to achieve the right outcome for the kitchen. We had found previous interactions with top-of-the-range kitchen companies impersonal and somewhat inflexible and had struggled to find a solution until we met Jack.

The design process was extremely thoughtful with Jack taking time to understand us, our needs for the space and our taste. It felt very collaborative and Jack struck the right balance between challenging some of our preconceptions and accommodating our preferences. We visited stone yards together and Jack was excellent at explaining our options on different materials. He is also very knowledgeable about appliances and gave us superb guidance.

Jack and his professional team worked seamlessly with our building contractors. The builders said to us that Jack’s drawings were the best they had ever worked with - precise to the millimetre and no stone left unturned! The project ran exactly to time and communication throughout was excellent. Jack was transparent from the outset on costs and invoicing, explaining all items and giving notice on when tranches would be due at each stage of the project.

Jack was a pleasure to deal with. He takes real pride in his work and cares deeply about the outcome. As a result, we have benefited from a real attention to detail and perfectionism that seems essential to great kitchen design.
